The new BESC token, the official token of BESC LLC, has now officially relaunched on Vector Smart Chain (VSC), marking a complete migration from the Solana network. BESC LLC is the developer behind the US-based centralised exchange, BESC Exchange.
Having watched the launch of BESC, it was one of the most smooth launches on VSC I’ve seen, with no issues mentioned by the team in the hours after launch. The chart pushed beyond the Solana ATH, going up to just under 2 million MC at launch. Right now, it has since settled to around the 1.2million mark. You can view the new BESC chart on Dextools.
Commenting on the experience on the migration and launch, Brian from BESC LLC said…
“Nice clean easy smooth launch on VSC chain from deploying the contract to verifying the code on explorer to bridging the lp it was so smooth couldn’t get any easier! Great work VSC team!”

The migration involved much preparation by the BESC team, including deployment of new and updated contracts, LP removal, airdrops and education and support for BESC holders. However, there is yet more to happen over the coming days with updates to existing websites and marketing still in progress.
Though the migration of BESC from Solana to VSC has been a large undertaking for BESC LLC, it is nice to see such positive results so far and I look forward to seeing what they have to come.
BESC’s VSC Token Locker
Recently teased, a new app will be coming out for VSC project teams to utilise – the BESC VSC Locker (name TBA). This simple token locker allows crypto projects on VSC to lock their liquidity tokens for a set period. The locker will take a 1% fee in VSG which goes toward the BESC Token liquidity.
Every token that locks LP with us – it’s a 1% fee that is taken and swapped into VSG-BESC and auto added to our over all LP.

The BESC Team has announced that the locker isn’t too far away from going live and it will be made available after necessary security audits have finished.
It’s certainly great to see new dApps being developed for the VSC ecosystem. Tools like these are needed to make the chain more inviting to new or existing projects.
What is a Token Locker?
Simply, it’s a platform which project teams can use to lock their project’s tokens for a set period. This means the tokens cannot be moved or sold until the lock period ends.
Project teams can use Token Lockers as a way of creating credibility and trust with their community. They can also use it to secure their liquidity from misuse or in case a wallet is compromised.
