VSC Unpacked - LBANK Integrates, First Chain Burn, 10k Txs and more

It’s been 3 days since we last unpacked and there has been some great news coming out for Vector Smart Chain. Let’s take a brief look at what’s happened.

LBANK Integration

First, the biggest, most recent news is that LBANK has officially integrated Vector Smart Chain! This is the third integration, with the others being Ascendex & MEXC. With LBANK you will be able to effortlessly buy native VSG without the need of bridging, send to a DeFi wallet and either hold your coin or start trading for projects on VSC.

First Chain Burn Day

The first ever burn of VSG is almost upon us! Whittaker announced just earlier that the first burn will take place on Wednesday. Yesterday it was announced that there was over 1.4 million VSG in the pool to be burned, no doubt this will be even higher come the burn event.

VSG burns will become a regular, weekly occurrence as $1 worth of VSG from every transaction fee is pooled to burned. Over time, this will reduce the supply of VSG and increase its scarcity.

10,000 Transactions

It’s a special day because VSC just hit a total of 10,000 on-chain transactions! a milestone for sure. However, what is really interesting is how since the last unpacked update, the number of wallets has increased from over 600 to just short of 3000. VSC is certainly speeding up!

MEXC Fully Open

Days earlier we were talking about the MEXC integration and listing of native VSG. The VSG listing is now fully open to depositing, buying, and withdrawing. You can now easily get on board with VSC through MEXC, no bridging required!

Launchpad Launched!

Just after the last unpacked update came out, this announcement was made. The VSC launchpad is out, and it’s ready to be used to create new tokens on VSC. The app is so simple to use that almost anyone could do it.

The launchpad still has much more features to come, including creating NFTs, vesting schedules and DAOs. The Launchpad is a fundamental tool in the VSC ecosystem. Check it out!
